Checking ZotDefend and reinstalling Trellix for Windows and Mac

For Windows:
Open Control panel -> Programs and Features, then uninstall Trellix. Restart the computer and then download and extract the Trellix installer: IMAGE_HX_AGENT_WIN_35.31.25.zip
If the installer does not work, delete all fireeye folders in C:\ProgramData then try again.
After installing Trellix, restart your computer and check Duo compliance.
For Mac:
First, run the uninstall tool in /library/fireeye.
sudo /Library/FireEye/xagt/uninstall.tool
Then open these folders to check and ensure that fireeye has been deleted.
Check for existence in
/Library/LaunchDaemons/
/Library/PreferencePanes/
launchctl remove NAME
/Library/FireEye
/Library/ApplicationSupport/FireEye
Run this:
sudo jamf recon
Then wait for the computer to install Trellix. Restart your computer and check Duo compliance.
