**For Windows:**

Open Control panel -> Programs and Features, then uninstall Trellix. Restart the computer and then download and extract the Trellix installer: [IMAGE\_HX\_AGENT\_WIN\_35.31.25.zip](https://ucirvine.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/sites/PSPSCSGTeam/Shared%20Documents/General/Software/FireEye%20installers/IMAGE_HX_AGENT_WIN_35.31.25.zip?d=wa2a99d3c3847434d9bd62053093b097a&csf=1&web=1&e=2TC3UI)

If the installer does not work, delete all fireeye folders in C:\\ProgramData then try again.

After installing Trellix, restart your computer and check Duo compliance.

**For Mac:**

First, run the uninstall tool in /library/fireeye.

```bash
sudo /Library/FireEye/xagt/uninstall.tool
```

Then open these folders to check and ensure that fireeye has been deleted.

```bash
Check for existence in
/Library/LaunchDaemons/
/Library/PreferencePanes/
launchctl remove NAME
/Library/FireEye
/Library/ApplicationSupport/FireEye
```

Run this:

```bash
sudo jamf recon
```

Then wait for the computer to install Trellix. Restart your computer and check Duo compliance.
