Open Control panel -> Programs and Features, then uninstall trellixTrellix. onRestart controlthe panelcomputer and reinstallthen download and restart

the Trellix installer: IMAGE_HX_AGENT_WIN_35.31.25.zip

ifIf the installer does not work, delete all fireeye folders in C:\ProgramData then installtry again.

After installing Trellix, restart your computer and restartcheck Duo compliance.

 

For mac:Mac:

First, run the uninstall tool in /library/fireeye,fireeye. jamf will automatically reinstall

sudo /Library/FireEye/xagt/uninstall.tool

Check for existence in

launchctl remove NAME

Run this:

sudo jamf recon

Then wait for the computer to install Trellix. Restart your computer and check Duo compliance.
