1. New ChemDraw/Notebook License Request 
 To request a license for the current ChemDraw or Signals Notebook: 
 
 Visit https://tools.ps.uci.edu/signals/ 
 Sign in with UCI login 
 Click "Individual Request" 
 Choose ChemDraw, Notebook, or both and submit the form.
